Last night was the private view of the Girls Who Draw magic show, which was a super night of free wine, crisps and magical pictodoodles!
Thanks to everyone who came, it was a really great turn out. If you didn't see it last night here's a little peek of some of the works on show:
Beth's super dangly psychic
My wooden magician birds and Helen's screen printed wall hanging.
Karoline's screen printed Hopi dolls
One of Mina's beeeeeaaaautiful prints
One of Sarah Lippet's lovely ceramics. (Sarah seemed to have loads of amazing work. I need to ask her if she has elves...)
Sarah Ray's sewing extravaganza, Barbara!
There is lots more so definitely go and have a look if you happen to be in the Midlands. I wish I had more photos, but it would seem I am too shakey to be a good photographer. There will be an illustrator's afternoon tea on the 14th April at the library where you can have a chat to some of the artists over an eclair. Come along for what should be a very pleasant (and possibly calorific) event.
Big thanks to Karoline who organised the exhibition!
